The route begins along a dirt road and then continues along a beautiful mule track in the beautiful Frudière valley, crossing coniferous, rhododendron and blueberry woods and touching pastures and old ruins. Lake Frudière or Lake Grana is located in a "magic" basin with bright colors, thanks to the many streams, the dense vegetation, the last pastures and the reflection of the lake. Return by passing through the pastures of the lake, from Chastellet and then from the bridge at the crossroads, along the same route as the outward journey, which can be alternated with sections of the old mule track.
The route includes a packed lunch, prepared by 'Babette's Lunch', another location that appears in the film and transported by mule during the excursion. Difference in height: 700 m
